How to Measure — Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
How to Measure — Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
How to Measure — Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
How to Measure — Fabric
Total metres of fabric in the suit set. When in doubt, size up for comfortable stitching.
Tips for Unstitched Suits
- •Always share your measurements with your tailor before cutting fabric.
- •Cotton and lawn fabric have minimal stretch — go one size up if you're between sizes.
- •Party wear suits often have embellished borders — confirm placement with tailor before cutting.
